The giveaway is open for 30 days. The winner will be randomly selected during a live session on TikTok from all participants and announced afterwards. The winner will be contacted via TikTok message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after the announcement, a new winner will be selected and notified by us.

The organizer of the giveaway is SugarDad (Sugabeast GmbH Co. KG). Participants must be of legal age and have a residence within the EU. Minors may only participate with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of such consent in case of winning. If this proof is not provided, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Shipping of prizes is limited to the EU. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation.
The giveaway is announced on our social media channels and in our webshop and will be carried out via a live draw on TikTok. In case of winning, the winner must verify their age. A corresponding form will be sent together with the winner notification. Personal data will only be collected in the event of winning (e.g. name and address for prize delivery) and will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway. The data will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the giveaway.
