Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or
- which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) German Civil Code – BGB).
This applies in particular to opened or damaged food and confectionery packaging.
3. Return Conditions (Voluntary Returns)
In addition to statutory rights, returns are only accepted if the products are:
- unopened,
- in their original packaging, and
- undamaged.
Returns are possible in particular if:
- the goods were delivered damaged
- the goods are expired or not consumable
- an incorrect item was delivered
4. Return Process
Please contact our customer service before returning any goods at contact@sugardad.eu and provide your order number and reason for the return. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- In case of justified complaints (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. For voluntary returns, we reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of a voucher.
