Shipping policy

Shipping

The customer can choose between standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping to Germany costs €4.99 and is free of charge for orders over €69.99.

Standard shipping to Austria and Luxembourg costs €9.99.

Standard shipping to Switzerland costs €19.99.

When we ship the order, we will inform the customer in the shipping confirmation email — and, if available, in the customer’s user account — about the transport company, the shipping date and the expected delivery date for the package. The customer can track the package in their user account under “My Orders”.

In the case of a return, the following applies:

As a young company, we are unfortunately unable to bear the costs of return shipping and ask for your understanding. These costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Within Germany, the return costs are €4.
For international shipments within the EU, the return costs are €10.
In some cases, these may increase to €20 if the original shipping destination was a third country.

Delivery

Delivery generally takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL.

We calculate the delivery time based on working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as delivery time unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The delivery time specified by us begins on the day full payment is received if payment is made in advance, otherwise on the day the contract is concluded.

The delivery time is stated approximately, so the specified period may be exceeded by up to two working days. Delivery of our goods within Germany takes place within 5–7 working days, unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Place of Delivery

The order can be delivered to an address in Germany, Austria or to a parcel locker (Packstation).

Delivery can be made either to:

  • a preferred address within Germany or within your country
  • a DHL parcel locker (Packstation)

Contactless Delivery

Our shipping partner DHL offers customers contactless delivery. The customer will always receive a parcel notification message from DHL. Through this, the customer can, for example, choose a preferred delivery location in front of the door.

In addition to this delivery option, further options are available, such as changing the delivery day.
