The organizer of the giveaway is SugarDad (Sugabeast GmbH Co. KG). Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside within the EU. Minors may only participate with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of such consent in the event of a win. If this proof is not provided, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. The prizes are shipped exclusively within the EU. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation.
The giveaways are announced on our social media channels as well as in our Shopify store and are conducted as live drawings on TikTok. The prizes may vary in type and value and will be announced in advance on our channels. In the event of a win, the winner must verify their age. For this purpose, a corresponding form will be sent with the winner notification. Personal data is only collected in the event of a win (e.g., name and address for shipping) and is used exclusively for conducting the
giveaway. The data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the giveaway.
Cash payment of the prize is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded. This giveaway is not associated with TikTok and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy.
